All HeirLoom Hair orders are processed with precision and care. As a luxury brand, we prioritize quality control before shipment.

• UK Standard: 3-5 business days.
• UK Next Day: Available for orders placed before 12 PM.
• International: 7-14 business days depending on location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the hair has been handled, brushed, or removed from its original packaging.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at heirloomhair172@gmail.com with photographic evidence. We will investigate and, if approved, provide an exchange or store credit.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, the processing phase begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
